Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 to 10 business days depending on the piece and availability. During the holiday season, we appreciate your patience awaiting your orders, considering the uniqueness of each piece along with courier, timelines, and shipment procedures.

Ash Stymest Jewelry is not responsible for losses, theft or mishandling of your package. We carefully handle our shipments with major couriers however, in the unfortunate event of theft or loss to your package the customer is responsible for resolution in these individual matters direct with the courier or associated. We recommend you contact us at [email protected] for insurance upgrades, signature delivery or special handling requests so that we can help secure your package and delivery options.

All international orders have regulations for import duties and taxes that vary from country to country. Please note: International orders are subject to your local duties & taxes, we are not liable for these costs, these fees are due for payment by the customer. These costs are determined by the customs agency of the destination country and therefore, Ash Stymest Jewelry has no control over them. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If duties and taxes are not paid for by the customer and there is a refusal upon delivery, customers will not be reimbursed for their order. Return Policy

Returns may be made within 30 days from the date of delivery by returning your item by carrier to the address on the return shipping label. Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

  • All items must be in original condition.
  • Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
  • ‘Made to Order’, ‘Personalized’ or ‘Custom’ items are final sale and cannot be returned.
